In recent years, it has been our open goal to embark on the path of sustainability. So we are very pleased to share with you that we now have our own Angus herd, which allows our food to continue to represent the highest quality without question.

Horticulture

Our restaurant uses fresh, seasonal vegetables directly from our own garden, which guarantees our guests the outstanding quality and taste of our dishes. Our goal is a unique guest experience, maximum use of seasonal opportunities and, last but not least, sustainability.
